Banned today

I just got banned today. I was able to get on and then a few minutes later I got a notice saying I was banned. I believe I bought about 400-500k in gold from g2g. What do people say to get an appeal? I don't even know when the ban will be lifted. Any advice? Thanks!

Which sellers ? Mail or auction house ? If auction house what kind of items

I mainly bought from EternalStock on g2g and it was all through mail.

you can request your lost ark data file from amazon, and it'll tell ya when your ban will be lifted. how much did you buy btw?

Yea. I just sent in a ticket and got an email back. They said the ban will be lifted in 10/2/23. RIP. Guess I'm moving onto another game. I bought about 400-500k in total. But I bought them in 50-100k increments. I didn't really think it's much considering some people are buying like 1-2mil worth of gold.

I think you f'd up by buying with those guys who are big sellers.. most likely already got flagged from other people. Stick to small sellers who are selling small amounts at a time, 100-200k.. Ive been buying like this since launch and still not banned. prob bought in the millions. Also what you need to do is use Auction house in small increments cause its much safer imo than mail, PP sell runs and they use AH, its hard to differentiate between the two. Also ppl buy accessories all the time.. its hard to find out who bought gold and who is just selling their accessories.

cuz i think that's why they are selling cheap gold, cuz they need to sell it fast and they doesn't care about what happen to buyer lol.. and more sadly those big seller on g2g or playerauctionhouse that resell their gold not even checking from where their supply come from.(if someone not getting ban prob they got stock that come from legit player)

10/2/23... LOL. I know right? Kinda ridiculous... What ever. Maybe it was a good thing I got banned. I was starting to spend hella money. Probably won't come back to Lost Ark. Probably play something else.
