Very risky to host one, Amazon is not a company you should play with so there is no bennefit at all of making an emulator of such giant game like it is Lost Ark which would take months if not years to make one... just to be taken down in a few weeks.
I like more private servers more fun. But private servers must be strong like GameZ. When u know GameZ BD. I really want Justice Online. But now I play only Lost Ark.
