I saw some sellers on black market section but can I trust them? They sell level bot and stuff but they want the payment on paypal? if anyone know any legit sellers, can you share it?

Follow the black market ratings, there's no other way nowadays. A fully functional bot on Lost Ark is still a good source of income, so people won't sell for cheap.
