I didn’t buy a crazy amount of gold - just 20k to buy engravings.

Background Info:
- Two mule accounts
- I didn't use a VPN when creating, leveling, or during the transactions
- Both Steam accounts are old (7+ years) and are trusted

Seller Info:
- Gold was purchased from PA
- Seller was reputable but not one of the biggest sellers

Purchases:
- 30k gold on each mule (60k gold total) ; Cost roughly $90 per order ($180 total)

Transaction Info:
- AH in chunks (my request to make it look more natural)

Result:
- 1 mule banned
- 1 mule safe so far

Time Period:
- Banned 2 days after receiving gold

Note: I purchased gold on my main last month but got spooked from all the threads so I did this to test, and be a bit safer. Main was not affected at all.

I think either way would be fine after your mule is in the clear. I haven't tested that part yet but I will probably go with mail since it's easier.

Did you go with mail or AH when you got the gold on your main (That resulted in a ban)?

Hopefully, your ban was only 3/7 days and not perma.

1. Did your main account - bought white crystals via STEAM payment ( non-gold )
2. Did your mule account do this too?

The reason for the ask is: I want to know the difference between your mule account and your main account. So I am starting with the question : "Did you buy white crystals via your main account"

I'm surprised that it took that long to get a ban and that it was straight to perma since I've mostly heard about 3/7 day bans but not many perma unless it was a crazy amount of gold (i.e., 1m+). Also, how long ago did you buy on your main?

Ive bought 3million+ worth of gold since launch - No ban ever, my seller is on a personal level though its not via a website thats maybe why, its high quality gold. Im 1460 with a +20 weapon and never been touched by any type of ban.
