Depends on how you play. Click and hold moving will keep you looking normal speed to everyone else but once u release you will teleport to your actual location. If you just click a spot to move you will look like you are speeding and it's obvious looking. Attack speed doesn't show at all tho so you could turn it on while attacking only if you wish to play legit(or play at lower speed). I went 1-50 in a few hours easily skipping side quest with this. Game speed changing allows u to speed up those long *** cutscenes as well. This is great for power-leveling all your characters to 50 fast. I haven't done much pvp with it yet but it'll be fun. Dev is working on new features as well.
