L2walker 1.78, dosnt attack or move

it will aim at the monster but it wont use skill or chase/move towards monster it targets, any one know why?
the bot has connected to the server coz i can see where the monster infomation is. some times when i set up the bot a frist time, it will target and kill 1 monster and just stay there, starts to target another monster n tahts it,
i followed the guide on how to set up and i did it step by step, any help?

lets see how is your policy set up? and did you make sure you have begin combat on (Push End button on keyboard?)

can u tell me what policy & monster settings dose?
and explain the functions like ATK type, melee attack and can i get a screen shot on how u setup ur bot settings?
