I play there myself...
Much trubble to get l2walker working, u need to go past the security they have...
Besides that, i whas banned within a few days.
Only ig-walker seems to work if you start it after you log-in and bevore you choose the server.

For the ppl that wanna know wy only this works:
The server has encoded the *.ini file. After you log in, the *.ini is decoded and readable by LII, hlapex and l2walker. Besides that, you go past the security added on the login/auth server.
To get the l2walker configuration:
Start hlapex.exe.
Start dragon-network.exe and select window mode.
When u reach the login screen, go to hlapex.
Write down the login server address and port.
So u have now:
* loginserver
* port
U only need now:
* protocol
To get the protocol, close LII and hlapex.
Start dragon-network.exe and select window mode.
When u reach the login screen, login.
Bevore you choose the server you wish to play on, start hlapex.
Start the sniffer inside hlapex.
Choose server and choose char.
After you are in-game, close the game.
Look in the hlapex sniffer to find the Protocol.
Now edit the walker ini file:
[DEFAULT]
CountryList=0
DefaultCountry=0
DefaultServer=2
DefaultCharacter=0
DefaultAccount=
DefaultPassWord=
[Dragon-Network]
LoginServerIP=00.00.00.00
LoginServerPort=0000
ProtocolVersion=000
ServerList=[1]server1;[2]server2;[3]server3; (edit this to the server list)

Tested the hlapex on the server, got banned on my main acc...(2,5 year old acc -.-)
Not one of the smartest things to do...
So bots are not worth the trouble there and hlapex is secured on the server...
