L2 walker (yeah i know.. another one..)

Righto, ive managed to decrypt the L2.ini file to gain access to the Ip address and such. But next to where it sais Protocol, it has the word "unreal" surely that cant be the protocol, can it?

Would like alittle help with this issue, ive been racking my brains trying to figure it out, but im getting nowhere..

or login and netstat -n when authing

yeah, i did that, and it doesnt give me the Protocol, just the Ip address and port number. unless im looking at the wrong thing... >.<

ethereal shows protocols. dunno what you need the protocol for but w/e

and i need the protocol cuz thats what im missing to get access to the server (im guessing) since thats the only information i need atm..apparently.. >.<

Well actually I don't think you have to change anything about the protocal. L2 is based on the unreal engine, which means (afaik) it uses the same networking protocol. Just that it uses blowfish to encrypt the data stream.
