Any Idea for Enchant with HLaPEx?

When you select the enchant and push in the weapon the code is:

hexa: 58 5E 0A 8B 10

this code never change

any idea?

I can buy millions of weapons so weapon can crash
its useless

i have a problem: when i use hlapex to get the dagger soul separator (targeting gm shop) i don't spend money... but when i buy ***'s blade i do.. anyone knows why???
