Simple question - can elven elder or shillien elder recharge bishop's MP in Gracia Final server? I haven't found anything through search. Because EE can't recharge SE and vice versa, SE can't recharge EE.

No skill /rune recharge? 08/23/2010 - Shaiya - 0 Replies I have been looking for a way to make it so that there is no skill/capital recall rune etc recharge , and happen to notice that whenever i use a capital recall/arena/boot rune , then i relog my game and relog again, the rune is fully charged up again! Im no genius but if im correct i think this means this is client sided ,and if its client sided there must be a way to make it instant charge! if anyone has any suggestions please reply lol...
