Start -> Run -> enter: "ipconfig /flushdns" -> hit "OK".
If it won't help, reinstall your client without updates. You play on a private server, I guess... After NCSoft's last GG-update 75% or all private servers are ****** up.
You also can try to add this to your host-file (x:/windows/system32/drivers/ect/host) :
"***.***.***.*** nprotect.lineage2.com" (xx... = your server IP)
This could help, too.
