L2 Retail Test Server?

How to get on the Test server and what are its benefits? (Higher rates?)
Except Events like chaos week etc.

I got very curious about it because of that movie;

Well or better wait for the c5 PTS, because before a new chronicle goes live, it will be on the PTS for some time. On c4 PTS there were level and adena boosts (all chars to 70 + 30kk or something like that) and the rates had been increased to 10x. After the chaos week, the PTS is being wiped and the new chronicle will go live.

Yeah free, but wiped from time to time. And well, not sure if it's always up or only at the start of a new chronicle.

I don't think its free. I've read somewhere that u need to have an active retail Account to be able to play on the PTS.
