Need help in C2

Hello friends, i need some help in setting up one bot in this server:

its a C2 server,i dont know what walker should i choose,i have tried several versions like 1.27,1.28 without any succes.
i have some questions,does OOG works in any private servers ?and if it does which should choose for this server.
If does not work what IG version should i DL. the details of the server are the next:

LoginServerIP = 216.32.67.26
LoginServerPort = 2106
ProtocolVersion = 419

i got the IP with the decrypt,and the protocol with socks l2 log.

the C2 server uses a folder system DLed from the web with his won l2.exe, and has a folder named gameguard, im using the l2walker 10.2.3 with tcptunnel, but i dont know why the .bat file is broken when i run l2walker, any help??
