OOG link game server timeout

I am playing on tehgamers server and im trying to get the oog walker to work ive got the latest on from .

all the walker says is

the ip etc from my set.ini is

LoginServerIP = 91.185.193.200
LoginServerPort = 2106
ProtocolVersion = 87
ServerList=[1]Bartz;[2]Sieghardt;[3]Kain;

Where am i going wrong?
