l2phx interlude (eng version) problem

Hi all.. I extract l2phx 3.1.6 by xkor files to my system folder.. Then i go to properties run as --> current user and i got an error look :

As you can see it says unable to write c:\Program Files\Lineage2\system\\options.ini -----> look is wrong it should go like this \option.ini not \\

how can i correct this?? i am not a newbie but first time i have this problem help!!!

Wrong! Do not extract to L2 folder. Use any other, example C:\L2PHX

I tried to do that and also failed

Extract anywhere but the Lineage 2 folder!

i have the same probrem withe options.ini how i fix it?
