Looking for help

Hello, I am looking for info how tu turn on l2 bot (IG) on bfd x12 enthernal server. Can anyone help me? ;] Server is hellbound or modifed interlude server do not know.. cause in official server page is written that server is hellbound but hellbound is not working there...
