[request] special system for gracia final

I am looking for a special system folder or a guide how to change a system folder to
- unlimited zoom
- monsters aggressive status + range
- monster lvl / type tittle

yes, I searched, didn't found it for gracia final. if some1 could share it do it pls.

I need a new l2encdec, v2.92 can't mod the system folder.

maybe this will work anyways? without a newer version of l2encdec?
