Do i need to use this for a c4 server? Can i use a older version of l2w so i can use arsv ? Is the a walker version linked to a chrocile?

Using 10.2.3 L2Walker, get this message:
01:18:15 Link LoginServer Succeed.
01:18:21 ->Login LoginServer Fail.
Im not sure how to add the server to the WP program
Please help out
