Question [:Help:]-is this normal?

I have 2 servers in lineage 2 intelude and 1 server is 9999 ping and the other 1 is 0 ping is this normal?

Hiho Wollte ma fragen ob das normal is, das wenn ich mit meiner UCE z.B nach ner Value such, das ich dan Bluescreen bekomm. Wenn ich Values änder bekomm ich Bluescreen ( nich bei allen, aber bei vielen ) Wenn ich Values änder, und das mal klappt das ich übertriebene Grafikfehler in game hab?
