[Request] As an item later add skills

Hello everybody,

I'm new here on the forum and wanted to ask your help to try something that has long try, but could not. I am setting up a server and would later add L2J the one, only one gun, two active skils!
Are Wind Walk (1204) and YTD (1085).
The idea of the weapon is equipped appear when the skills and the player can click and get buff.
