Setting mob rates in Interlude

I have a Pserver going now for my own use and my kid wants to play on it. when i log a Mystic on it is impossible for it to kill level 1 mobs, Why??? can someone tell me how to make mobs easier to kill. Or just tell me how to make mystics able to kill them in this p server.

You can enter like a GM and edit the mob by simply shift + click edit npc stats and see whats wrong with it.
