Enchanting:
Safe enchant limit - Retail like.
Normal scrolls - 70% success.
Blessed scrolls - 75% success.
Max enchant for weapon/armor/jewels - NO MAXIMUM
General Changes:
There is ONE NPC that handles most functions including teleport, warehouse, gm shop, dyes, augmenting, buffs, subclassing, vip area, etc. Teleports are free and just about all areas are accessible from the escort NPC.
Raid Boss respawn times are half of retail spawn times.
Death Penalty Debuff - Disabled
Buff Limit - 20 + 4 from Divine Inspiration and 12 Songs/Dances
Chances of getting an augment skill with different levels of stones has been increased slightly.
Special, stronger mobs will spawn throughout the world and will have a chance to drop special items at random when killed (see the info section at the Escort NPC for details).
All class changes are automatic and free.
As per Gracia Final, spellbooks are NOT needed to learn skills now. This excludes forgotten scroll skills.
Escort shop offers armors and weapons up to S grade. Beyond that, you must hunt and craft for icarus, dynasty, and vesper.
Offline trade/craft is enabled!
Item Changes:
Augmented items can now be freighted to characters on the same account.
Mana potions added.
Hero weapons can be destroyed (so you're not stuck with the same weapon for a whole month).
Skill Changes:
Many level 81+ skills now added! Working on getting them as close to retail as possible with the current information I can find on them. Also a number of missing skills from Interlude and prior have been fixed. Unfortunately, there are still some that require work.
PvP/PK Changes:
While flagged for pvp, teleporting using an NPC will be unavailable outside of town.
A pvp/pk reward system is in place to give players a little boost while successfully killing. Getting multiple kills in a row without dying or relogging gives you a chance to get random buffs or to be healed completely (CP/HP/MP).
Subclass Changes:
5 subclasses instead of 3 are allowed.
Overlord is now available as a subclass.
Max level for subclasses is 85.
Clan Related:
Castle sieges are once a week instead of once every two weeks!!!
10 rep points are gained instead of 1 each time you kill an enemy clan member during clan war.
Clan leaders may now earn reputation for their clans by killing raid bosses (no quest involved). 300 points are automatically given each time a clan leader does so.
Events:
Events are rotated at random by the admin. Currently the L2Day event is in effect. All rewards are retail-like.
Misc:
Hellbound and Crystal Caverns is open. Gracia Final areas are currently explorable but being worked on.
