Server is up but I cant join into the server

Okay so...I recently posted asking for help on my server, which got only 1 reply, which helped me absolutly none at all, but here I am, once again asking for help. I've seen that I'm not the only person who has had this problem, and when people ask, no one really says anything, HOPEFULLY I'll get some answers.

So of course, as you can see I'm trying to host a Lineage 2 Server.
I have the CT1 The Chaotic Throne [Kameal] Client, It's been fully updated. and my host file is configured correctly, along with the server being up and running. However.

When I try to login to the server, it lets me get to server selection, and will not move, I can click on the server name, or press confirm all I want, nothing ever happens. I've had 3 other friends attempt to join, and the same exact thing happens to them.

We can however, join another server, hosted by someone else with no issue at all.

I know for a fact It's not my ports / router / modem, because of the fact I've already opened everything, infact I was hosting a Maple Story Server 3 days ago, and it worked just fine.

Please, if anyone could help me...this would be lovely.

Edit: Whatever, screw all of you who COULD have helped but decided not to. I fixed my issue, thanks for not helping, I appreciate it alot.
