remove l2control register

so, does any one has an idea how to remove l2control register?
so i entered name & key, and i want to enter a new one...
i know it works after formating mby some one know other way?

Run him and clean your register (delete all keys). But after using this program may delete the registration of some other programs.

i got this program, it delete all keys, but l2c still in....
