i need a normal ig walker for a L2J epilogue server, possible without tcp tunnel.

I found here that it works with tunnel but I cant to change my system. I decoded l2.ini but then l2 always crit error. Could somebody upload some working decoded system? Or some guide how to decode all system not only *.ini
