any ideas why 2.17 wont verify?

Works for me. I just made a new copy of Lineage II (converted from PTS), downloaded 2.17b and removed GG with wildcard_epilogue (not sure if necessary as Walker has a built-in GG killer). Same settings and stuff with the TCP tunnel and all that ****. Not saying that you need to do this to make it work, but that's just what I did.

You do have logged in-game on your character, right? :P

I use regular walker 2.17b with bypass with these ip's
127.0.0.1 L2authd.Lineage2.com
195.70.54.236 nprotect.lineage2.com

Works great, gameguard is killed by it, never had any problems, only thing tho, its in chinese.
