nachdem ihr euren loot von einer größeren distanz anklickt müsst ihr einfach die linke oder rechte pfeiltaste (a/d geht auch) drücken

euer char sollte nun den loot sofort aufheben ohne davor zu stehen..

Sorry I can't translate but I think lawfyr didn't mean by Distant picked that you can pick up distant item , but only to prevent other players to pick up something then you can pick it instead of them here is the exploit :

make a macro /invite & /friendadd , click on the player who is going to pick up , and instantly repeatly use the macros on him he'll not be able to pick up while he's receiving your invitations then you can come all the way to pick the items .

translation: after you clicked on your loot from a distance (to pick it up i presume) you just have to press the left or right arrow key (a/d also works)
now your character should just pick up the loot ithout standing infront of it
