L2phx error

Hey guys , just need your help , when i start l2phx , just double click it , i get an error like this



When i click dont send or else , it shows an error likes this



after that it shows me errors till i close l2phx through task manager.



I saw , and i know that i cant ask questions here , but where should i ?
Anyways , thx for any help

Ohh i forgot , i tryed turning off my firewall, even uninstaled Anti-virus , i Had AVG 8.5, didint worked, also tryed to download different version , from different websites, still the same.
