Yes if you stand in a room with mobs around you and use next target or in game macro instead to target mob names while spamming skills or using attack. Just adjust the cool down speeds for each one tell it works best. Its not very sophisticated but its simple and it can do the trick good luck.

And to run multiple characters just copy the whole auto clicker folder and paste then just open the clicker from a different hard drive location for each character window.
