If i upload a file with the correct original name it will be blocked by the authors of the original program, i have faced that problem in the past by providing cracked versions of knone programs, so i decided to reedit the entire program -following the originals program actions- and upload it with a desired by me name that is not so easy to be tracked and blocked.
Any way it doesn't exist any difference on that release with original utility, it have the same functionality and the same bugs also.

yea but if u take a program,crack it,rename it and share it it practicly the same ... dunno what "license" does towalker have on theyre bot,but i doubt that that your way is different from mine ...

Well it took me like 2 hours or so and I finaly succeeded.
This is not perfect but it has most of the text translated like in enlgish version 1.98.
I had to manualy replace dialog windows and string table and I had to remove some useless windows that are not being used (you can't even see them... they are kind of hidden).
All the credit for cracking goes to that chinese or korean dude. I just made this for those who don't understand those symbols (For example - me! :) )
