ok i tried it. after dl i got a virus report of the patcher.exe file (dll injector virus report - ok thats fine). The walker is eL2Walker10.9.3 and im playing a server called l2Revolt, it is a gracia part 2 server x35, my IGwalker is working but the partyheal aint working so i wanted to try OOG walker, anyways, the settings are correct you can check em bellow:
