Need Walker For L2.es C4

Hey i use version 10.9.1 that i got from and i play on the L2.es server that still has the c4 client on it ive got all the info that i put in the set.ini folder which is

and im using the wss and everything the only thing i can think of is i havent altered my host file and i dont have the ws2 thing in my folder but im not shure if those matters if so can one of you guys help me thank you in advanced.
