Ct1 - Game Guard Patcher

Removes GameGuard From Ct1 Client


Someone scan this / check it . . . its not of my doing but supposedly works to kill gameguard.
Again I can not test cause my Desktop is toast.

Maybe this will Kill GameGuard and allow us to further debug / eliminate problems related to walker Verification.
Atleast this will let us route out GG as the cause.

It kills GG but with tcptunnel IG says verify failled <.<

GG killed, scanned with AVG nothing detected, obviously not a very comprehensive scan but it worked. All it did was change some .dll's.

Error 620 this patch canceled BUT after 30 sek disconected from serwer !!!

I did it in this way of order and it works for me.

1.

Download it and do this...

1.1 Unrar every file in your main drive (c:/).

1.2 Find the host file attached and replace ‘yourserverip’ by your server IP.

1.3 Copy (replace or update) your host file adding the lines in ‘this’ host file to
yours located in %systemdir%\drivers\etc\

1.4 Locate and execute the startApache.bat file.

1.5 Delete your gameguard folder inside the system lineage II folder.

For some ppl only this move didn't worked so they did 1 more thing.

THIS PROCES WILL DELETE GG FOREVER


2. Download the files

2.1 Locate the system folder of your LineageII game. (usually C:\Program Files\lineageII\system)

2.2 Locate and make a backup of your engine.dll and core.dll files inside your system folder.

2.3 Copy and REPLACE the files with the ones included in the rar file.

2.4 You are done. Everything is now patched, say goodbye to GG.

Now you can delete the GameGuard folder and GameGuard.des file and they will not come back unless you do a full check in the lineageII.exe. Besides your lineage will run faster than ever. THIS IS TRUE LIKE A **********

so it emulates the GG auth server on your own LAN/PC, But i dont understand how and why this makes L2W workable without haveing paid account?
is this a misunderstanding? its a GG patch + L2W free patch for RETAIL Servers (NA Servers) ???

This is my post from other thread... just so ppl would try it on retail. but it's not working anyway only on L2j servers.. i play there.. so... sry dude

no problem so guys from my opinion/knowledge GG is no issue on any L2J Freeshardserver.
The only really IMPORTANT thing which helps us all on RETAIL Server is to find out finally how to bot free on Retail.
To sum up all efforts:
actually the Bot auth server trick via TCP tunnel from Xeno doesnt work aqnymore, cuz L2Walker detects this loop via GG? So with this patched Core and L2.exe + tcp tunnel + GG emulator shouldnt this be a way to make this loopbackadaptor thing working again?
From my view that could be a way to go.

works beautifully. haven't tried it on official servers yet because im still unsure if there is any way the servers can detect if i am running without GG and ban me for that

nah its not 100% workable i get this : "Client [Character: [ADM]p0py - Account: alentepes - IP: "MY IP.....] failed to
reply GameGuard query and is being kicked!" hm....i wonder

Hey Guys,
i think me are a small noob because i dont understand 1 think it this guid and that is "yourserverip" in the host file. What does it mean, must i put there the server ip from my Lineage server? And when yes why me must set localhost for then Lineage IP? And what IP i need of the server the loginserver ip or the gamserver ip?
