Hey there.

How exactly can i stream my live monitor?

Kommt drauf an wo. In meinem Tutorial beschreibe ich wie es bei Livestream.com geht. Die haben extra ein Tool dafür. Ist halt der einfachste weg, weil man nur das Tool installieren muss und dort auch recht viele Einstellungen was Qualität und Bitrate angeht machen kann.
MIt AdobeFlash Media Live Encoder kann man mehr Einstellungen machen.
Und man muss halt noch einen virtuellen Cam recorder installieren.
Hat beides Vor- und Nachteile. Meine Quali im stream ist jetzt nicht die Beste, weil meine Leitung einfach nicht **** genug für HD ist. ^_^

Mal sehen ob das mitm LoL Streamem laggfrei funzt.

Du musst auf Fenstermodus stellen, damit das Interface nicht mehr Flackert.
Zu meinen Einstellungen: Ich habe bei Video 1024 x 768 Auflösung eingestellt (Obwohl ich 1280 Spiele) 750kb Bitrate, 25 fps, 2s keyframe. Ist nicht die beste Quali aber geht schon.
Musst halt schauen wie viel dein PC und Leitung hergibt.

Kannst ja Fenstermodus mit voller Auflösung machen.
Sprich, wenn du auf 1280 x 1024 Desktop Auflösung spielst, machst du Ingame die gleiche Auflösung und machst Fenstermodus. Dann hast du volles Bild, aber dennoch Fenster modus.

Nur so als Tipp, bei Xfire kann man auch streamen, da sollte es besser beim Spiele laufen.
Den dort wird nicht der Desktop aufgenommen, sondern nur das Spiel.
