MacOS worth getting into ?
Hello
I'm relatively new player to LoL only have been playing for a few weeks and wanting to get into Scripts i see that the market is pretty much dead for windows due to VGK and MacOS is the only safe and cheapest option atm is it worth getting into that the current point ?

Hey, your analyse is quite good, at this moment BGX for mac Os is the cheapest/safest place.
Saying that, if you let me give you an advice, there it is. going to script when you started LoL few weeks ago is not the best thing to do, script will make you stronger on your mechanics for sure, but you need to learn first how the game work, laning phase, farming, lane management, Objectives...
you should watch tons of pro plays to understand of the game work, try to do the same thing, and then scripting could be nice.
But go for scripting is gonna be fun for some games, but when you will won your lane and still lose the game cause you don't know what to do at the good timing, it will be frustrating.
Anyway, have fun mate

Not worth it for multiple reasons. There's only one platform on Mac, and it seems to be abandoned, Performance is bad.
An anti-cheat called Embedded Vanguard is coming soon to macOS. Some might argue, 'Yeah, but it’s not kernel-based,' but they don’t need kernel access to detect a public loader.

Start up cost are quite low more worth then buying something for windows imo Vanguard likely won’t come out for months even then it’s not a huge loss

I would disregard with half of the people here.
The BGX MacOS is about the same as most Windows platforms where.
The pred is still slightly better than most but it's still bad.
The Evade and ORB are generally only what you need. Now if the VGK embedded is able to hit BGX or not is a different story since it might just be a better version of Packman.
My guess is that Riot is purposely adding VGK embedded just to stop BGX which is partly why they seem to be taking so long even though VGK embedded is already out on Consoles.
The only slight issue I have is that metal with the platform will sometimes break certain textures and overlays. Such as the grass for bushes not rendering and some times the overlay/drawings will disappear.

if you know how to do hackintosh, I don't see any reasons why not (you can also buy cheap mac mini but it's pricey and apple in general just sucks). It sure beats every windows platform in terms of security
But since you are a new player, I highly recommend you buy something else on windows for a week or so even if it's detected before getting into mac OS first just to get a general idea of what scripting is and what orbwalker/evade/pred, what each champs does and general keybinds, stuffs like that... You can go with hanbot+nv BP or LS, both have day/week key
Embedded vanguard will come soon for mac os in 2025 probably, if you are patient enough I would suggest you also to wait until vanguard come and see how bgx doing against it before making any decisions (unless you willing to do a hackintosh or already have a machine with hackintosh-ready parts, then go ahead)
- Hackintosh startup cost = <$100 at most for a cheap AMD GPU (if you don't already have a compatible AMD GPU)
- Mac Mini = $300+ at the very least on used market. If you going the mac mini route, it needs to be at least Mac Mini M1 (2020) or above. This is very important. Everything below it you going to have FPS problem when running scripts.
Also with bgx on mac os, beware that you are going to stuck with mostly ADC or some type of Auto Attack DPS champs if you want to perform well. There's only a few mages with BGX that is playable, and tank = don't even bother.

I guess outdated bgx is better performance than private scripts on Windows

you might consider some private script, no script is undetected but private script has lower chance of getting ban

So what do you recommend? The only better platform is hanbot, but the bypass is dtc. The rest of the private providers like ps/odin are weak to bgx in every aspect from logic to predictions. If you pay twice as much as bgx you get worse ****

Hallo zusammen,

About me
Im KoalaCoke, 19 years old and I started coding when I was a little, 10 years aged boy. At this time I started learning my first programming language which was Delphi. Over the years I went through many other languages and learned a lot since I always wanted to get into some more technologies. I'm happy that I found my way back to Delphi after i tried PHP, C, C++, Java, C# and many many...
