For Windows? Nothing.
Your only hope is to buy a Macbook/Mac Mini and use BGX OSX version until Riot start doing something about it too. Ah yeah Hackintosh is a option too but it's very time consuming and you can't do it with almost all Nvidia GPUs

You could consider applying for us.
We have never been detected, and launched ~1.5 years ago.
