Looking for someone to help me create a stream overlay

Hey guys, I need some help to make a stream overlay that looks like script but only apparent on stream, just display the range of my Kog'Maw with the W range indicator also
I looked on other forums and saw that there are a few machine learning methods to do it but I wondered if it was possible to do it using external script methods
