As far as I know anarchybot is the only bot that deranks. Maybe someone else might know of another deranking bot.

it's not closed, the owner decide to go private to avoid riot's radar, only current users are able to invite more (whole server right now probably ~30 users). The bot is still going fine and still under maintained, license price has dropped (currently 6.5 eur/month)
