It is detected without the usage of a Bypass, there's one called Elysium but it gets hit here and there, sometimes it lasts a few months before it gets hit but sometimes it also gets hit within a few weeks.
Keep in mind that if you were to use a bypass, you would have to pay the subscription to the bypass it self + Hanbot seperately, so that's additional costs adding up.
