HWID ban in Tercent server.

anyone have info about How to free from a HWID ban (Tercent server)
Tried waysstill not solved yet)
1. Change mac address with technitium
2. Reinstall win10 and reset my hard disk.
3. Reinstall my game in a diff name disk

Going to try but not yet:
1. Change the bios serial number
2. Get some hwid changer

because I checked the ban infomation on Tencent ban page.
it said it's a "blacklist machine."
