What do you mean with better to play?
Tr has higher skill in players, but both Tr and RU ques are really really long.
Expect some 20 minuts ques.
Also, Server for Russia is in Munich (Germany) and turkish server is in istambul (turkey).
Expect alteast + 30 ms if playing in turkey. If not more.
Russian Climb should be faster, turkish rp is cheaper
