Will a clean install avoid a ban

I'm new to this world.

I have some spare accounts, could i use an internal script, then clean install the game and use my main account without the fear of getting banned?

if you are HWID banned even clean install wont help. If you aint HWID banned you dont need to do anything and your main should be safe unless you script on it

In that case, doesn't internal mean that it changes the files of the game? If i' just change account can't they still see the changes that have been made?

external = either pixelreading or memory reading
internal = manipulation of memory

internal dont change your league files after the game is closed.. files are always the same

Then why are externals better and safer? Or have i gotten it wrong?

externals are safer yes - but lack of quality in specific points
