Fiddler in LoL

I see people have started using fiddler and are doing some amazing things with it ( such as duplicating hextech keys/chests/shards etc..) does any of you have any information or a tutorial on how to use fiddler in lol?

if it's possible with fiddler it should be also possible with the lcu api
