League Smurfs that don't get banned?

I have 2 separate "smurfs" that I've gotten to a "too high elo"

I've used them for like a year without them getting banned, but I cant remember where i got them from

Is there any decent smurf-sellers that sell accounts that don't get banned within a couple of weeks?

If botted accounts are a bit older, the only way to get banned is through someone writing a ticket. Several friends played botted accounts to d1-masters with only some of them getting banned

If you want a very low chance you have to let someone hand level your account
