so what the title say's, is there a free/cheap OrbWalker for league?

nothing that does your spells or anything, just farming and maybe poking champions.

External and isn't developed for doing champ pokes directly.

I can myself vouch for this orbwalker what @ said.

It's great helpful tool, it does kite for you, but it doesn't focus only on champions, but on minions too, so be careful in big teamfights where minions are near as it may kite minion, not enemy.
