EUW player on KR server?

Is there any option to play on KR server with normal ping as euw (Germany) player?

Theoretically impossible as the difference of the distances is justhuge.

Well I have like 30ms when I play on KR. It is possible with 210k down and almost 60k up.

I didnt say that. but you get a better ping with a rising down/up speed lol.
Maybe I talk **** but I always thought thats how it works cause I got a better one too once I ordered more speed, especially in situations with far distance package sending like playing KR lol.

korea has pretty good internet and most players ive seen talking about playing on euw said theyre having 400+ ms ping ._.

Yet you can have a stable superlow ping with 1k up/down too. It does not matter.
