No more powerleveling ?

I tried the powerleveling on Twisted Treeline, creating a came 3v 1 bot, but at the end I got no exp
I think there is a new condition -> "you need to have at least more then the half of max. player as human players"

Try it out vs real bots and not custom game .

That's a pretty old rule. Additionaly, normal games have to last at least 7min from what I remember.

Try playing beginner bots until level 10, then go play intermediate until level 20 and after you should continue with normal games if you are a smurf and win about 90% or you can keep playing intermediate.
