And now cant reconnect chat. Cant open friend list, cant talk in selec champ.

I repair, change region, and remove lol and install and na. dont work.

You should also delete the RiotGames folder on your computer (C:/User/RiotGames I think) and then reinstall, this way the whole game gets uninstalled.

Which tool do you use? if you use Appear offline, you should re-open the program and toggle your status once more.

i delete all folder Riot, i dowloand all new, but dont work.

Next time post more why, which programm, when did it happen?
It would be alot easier to help you, if we know this before.

If you found this on BoL Forums then this should 100% fix your problem:

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and clean up the folder / delete it.
