Play meta top champions.

Hecarim, Vladimir, Gnar, Fizz [CINDERHULK] & Irelia.

This, with the addition of Riven if you can play her.

All these champions can singlehandedly carry the game, especially if you use teleport properly to assist your teammates.

Full tank champions like maokai and malphite are generally less strong in SoloQ compared to the champions mentioned above that get very tanky while dealing insane amounts of damage against the squishy carries of the enemy team.

From Silver to Plat you can easily carrie with Rengar, Riven, Irelia and Pantheon.

Try Fiora. If you know how to triple aa cancel you can do almost 5 attacks in one second. Op imo.
