so, as the topic said, is this tournament method still a thing or you have to win a regular tournament to get this skin ?
cause i bought once from someone in this forum this skin when the tournament method was still a thing, and he scummed me
and i didn´t saw posts in the trading section about this ryze skin. therefore my question, sry when it was asked one time before.

ive still an account with triumph ryze, got him with lv13 after i was inactive for 2 months... and some RP LoL

It is a thing still, it just takes alot of work. People pay before they get skin, and then get scammed.
